- Cupido Profiles: If you submit a Cupido profile, we collect your name, bio, photo, and social media links that you voluntarily provide. This information is displayed publicly in the game.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
- Usage Data: We use Google AdSense which may collect cookies and usage data for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the game experience
- To display leaderboards and player rankings
- To process Cupido profile submissions and payments
- To display your Cupido profile to other players (if submitted and approved)
- To communicate with you about your account or submissions
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:
- Public Game Data: Your display name, profile photo, and game scores are visible on public leaderboards.
- Cupido Profiles: If you submit and pay for a Cupido profile, your name, bio, photo, and social links will be displayed publicly to all game players.
- Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication, and Stripe for payment processing.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database (Google Cloud) and locally in your browser's localStorage. Game progress is stored locally and synced to the cloud when you are signed in.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. Google AdSense may use cookies for personalized advertising. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
7. Children's Privacy
CubanGuesser is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Refund Policy
Cupido profile payments ($6.99) are non-refundable once the profile has been approved and published in the game. If your profile is rejected by an admin, you may request a refund by contacting us. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
